Answer:
Your breasts are not a new puppy and cannot really be "trained." They will grow in a given direction and in a specific shape no matter what type of bra you wear. The type of bra you choose can alter the appearance of your breasts while you are wearing it, but not change the shape underneath.
If your breasts are not completely developed yet, or you are a small-breasted woman than it is fine that you are wearing this kind of bra. During development, your breast will tend to grow straight out at first, before they begin to take a rounded shape.
Each woman has her own unique breast shape which, to a large degree, is genetically determined, so do not base what your breasts should be doing on other women's breasts.
It might be time that you start wearing a different type of bra. As your breasts grow, they need to have the proper support. If you feel like your breasts or back ache, or that they are slightly sagging you may want to buy a bra that has under wire, or more support in the cups.
There are so many different types of bras that you might want to do some experimenting. Take your mom or a friend and go to the mall, try on a whole bunch of different kinds, some with padding, under wire and a sports bra. Whatever bra you choose is completely personal. Another good source believe it or not is the salesperson in the lingerie department usually.
She knows all the different types available, where to find them, and she is usually very willing to help. Check out our answer to Bra Size And Info.
If your breasts are provided with the right support, they will grow and develop properly. But remember your breasts are going to be slightly different than everyone else's because they are unique to you. Give them time.
